The trip to Symi was amazing, we got to stop for a swimming session at St George's Bay which is a marvellous place. The staff were super friendly, the boat is clean and there are many seating areas available inside and out, there are also sunbeds available on the top deck (better get around 8 am to the boat to find an available sunbed :) ). The views from the boat are great, Symi Island is beautiful and 3 hours were more than enough for us to go for a walk around the beautiful port, take photos, buy souvenirs, we evem had lunch at a taverna and had time for iced coffee later. 100% would recommend, definitely worth the money for such a lovely trip.

Fantastic trip! 3 hours was plenty of time in Simi - we got lunch at a beautiful restaurant looking out across the water, went swimming at a beach, bought ice cream and souvenirs! the swimming stop at George Bay was beautiful too. The ferry ride itself is about 1.5/2 hours each way, so perhaps bring a book to pass the time.

The boat seats were comfortable for the journey to St George's Bay and Symi. There is ample time to have lunch at the village and look around the shops and local area. I did read one review on GYG about the boat leaving early, so we made sure that we got there in case the boat left before the time stated (it did leave on time for us). The staff were approachable and friendly and I would recommend this activity as its great value for money.
