Unfortunately we had not been informed about departure place which is too far from the tourist harbor and you need to get a taxi. It is not clear if the transfer from our hotel was included. Get your Guide people tried to find a solution for which I thank them. Anyway we finally enjoyed the trip.

A great day on Symi Island. The journey takes about 1.5 hours. The ship is clean. Kiosk available at fair prices. Very cold on deck in the morning due to the wind, so take your jacket with you. Sufficient time to explore and lunch on the island (about 4 hours). The monastery was not so interesting, but nice to look at (1 hour stay). Don't forget to light the candle. All of them are a successful day with beautiful, but occasionally a little shaky, shipping. Tour from 9 a.m. to shortly after 6 p.m.

I travel with a good program and good value for money. Symi and the Panormitis monastery are very beautiful, a visit that we recommend: being a one-day trip, it is obvious that the times for visits are limited and the time spent on the boat rather long. For us who wanted to get a general idea of the island, it went very well. For example, in Symi we were able to quickly explore the city, buy some souvenirs and take a quick swim in a beautiful cove just outside the city and from the port area, in Panormitis the stop time is shorter but in my opinion it is right that way . The only drawback: a bit of confusion at the first stop on understanding where the different guides were (there were numerous and rather scattered groups) and on understanding the time spent in the different stages (if possible, it would be better to know immediately as written information on the ticket / on site). Polite and very helpful crew.
