You can get to the lake by walking through a narrow tunnel. The second stop after 7 springs is Lindos village, which is the most popular sightseeing destination in Rhodes. During your stay in Lindos for 3 hours, you can explore the village by strolling through the small narrow streets dotted with wonderful souvenir shops, cafes, and restaurants. Be collected at your accommodation around 9:00 AM. Then head to your first destination, Filerimos Hill. Here, visit the monastery of Our Lady and the remains of the Ancient Acropolis of Ialyssos, which is one of the three ancient cities of Rhodes island. You can walk along a Golgotha, which is a tree-sheltered pathway with a series of shrines with scenes of the Holy Passion. This footpath leads to an enormous imposing cross, which from the top you can admire the outstanding view of the villages and bright green valleys.  Next, visit the Valley of Butterflies. This is a unique and peaceful ecological setting, which is a true representation of local nature, with narrow rock walkways, lakes decorated by water-lilies, rustic bridges, running waters, waterfalls, and resting places loaded with millions of brown-red butterflies. Following registration you will receive a fun and informative dive briefing and be put into a dive group. Groups prepare for their dive one at a time, everyone has plenty of time to practice breathing under the water before their dive. During the dives you will have the crew with you all the time, they will adjust your equipment for you and ensure that you are comfortable in the water, all you need to do is enjoy the amazing underwater world. The minimum age for diving is 8 years. The trip is well worth the money! It’s an enjoyable boat ride to lindos, quick and easy to find and board. Lindos itself is beautiful and had a great time. Once we arrived back to Rhodes port the gentlemen running the trip arranged for us to get a free transfer back to our hotel as they were going past our hotel anyway which saved us a taxi. Very kind of him so Thankyou to all staff. Only Criticism is boat left late so arrived to lindos 15 minutes late and this time was taken off our 4 hours. Nevertheless plenty time to see and do all just about! Definitely book if contemplating you will have a great time

Great fun with the kids, even our 14 year old had fun. There is chair movement, water, good sound. A fun way to learn about the history of Rhodes. I recommend this activity.
