Full description

Embark on a bus tour of Iceland’s legendary Golden Circle and soak in the thermal waters of the Secret Lagoon. Explore the southwest, including the spectacular Geysir area, Gullfoss Waterfall, and Þingvellir National Park.

After pickup in central Reykjavik, head to the Secret Lagoon and have 1.5 hours to unwind in the thermal waters and admire the peaceful surroundings.

Continue to the active hot spring of Strokkur and watch it spout steaming water 30 meters every 8 minutes. Arrive at Gullfoss Waterfall and feel the spray of the glacial Hvítá River as it plummets down into a 32-meter-deep crevice.

Next, visit Þingvellir National Park, where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates are pulling apart at a rate of a few centimeters every year. Þingvellir was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004.

This is a highly recommended tour! We've been to some of the most spectacular landmarks around Reykjavik. Our guide Omar (can't remember his first name, sorry) was very informative and explained very well what we are watching. As a geologist I can say that I was quite impressed ! There was time to enjoy all of the spots and plenty of time to relax into the Secret Lagoon.

Incredible tour!! Had a wonderful time with Jakob our amazing, funny and very knowledgeable tour guide! The driver was also extremely amazing; great driving and a very nice, clean bus!! The golden circle, kerid, geysirs were so incredibly beautiful, and I got some wonderful pictures and I also made new friends on the tour! The secret lagoon was an awesome experience and a very nice addition to the golden circle tour. All in all, it was a super experience and I would definitely recommend it!!!

This was absolutely amazing from start to finish. A superb tour, beautiful, interesting, and the tour guide Asgär was wonderful, giving us so much information, fascinating stories, jokes and a love for Iceland, it's people and landscape, so that we all want to return and see more. If I could, I would do this again tomorrow. Nothing was too much trouble for our guide, his driving was safe and I always felt secure. Information about the tour, booking, meeting place and communication was excellent. Thank you Asgär and all those who make this tour possible.
