The boat we were on was very comfortable and had a nice cafe. The crew members were courteous. We were able to see a whale and many dolphins during our visit and the crew made sure to give enough time to be able to view them. I would recommend this tour.

We had a great time. There were a ton of whales and dolphins! The jumpsuits provided were a lifesaver as the wind was quite chilly. There was a snack bar and anti-nausea pills and a nice indoor space to relax in which were good to have on hand. You should know this is a bog boat, so you're not getting up close and personal with the whales. We did see smaller boats, but you have less freedom to walk around and I can imagine you're even more exposed to the elements. We're happy with the tour and the experience.

Saw a whale after the first 30 mins, in the 3 hour tour. The guide was very good at spotting them by signs and activity of birds around. Also the overalls helped keep the cold at bay, and you don't need to take pictures, since there is a photographer on board to capture the moments when the whale is seen. I loved the whole experience all together, and happy I could see whales, since it was reason number 1 for travelling to Reykjavik for me.
