The tour is super worth it! We were considering renting a 4x4 car to go there ourselves but after seeing the roads, I imagine the same trip would've taken us at least twice as long. Or guide Thomas was driving fast yet safely and comfortably - clearly the skills you pick up from years and years of experience doing such tours. Not only a great driver but a superb guide - very interesting facts about history, culture, locations, food, geography and everything else. Plus an unreal sense of humor made the tour just fly by and left us all super satisfied.

The tour was wonderful if not the best I have taken. The landscape there is simply breathtaking, highly recommended and I would visit again on my next trip to Iceland. The tour was a lot less hectic than others, you always had enough time to enjoy nature and take pictures. The guide Tom was informative and amusing, he also has a good taste in music, which made the ride even more comfortable.

The eventful day and Tom, the guide, more than deserve the 5 stars. We were able to marvel at the beautiful and unique nature of Iceland and listen to Tom's interesting stories and learn a lot about Icelandic culture. At all stops we had enough time to marvel at the natural spectacles and take photos. This excursion is highly recommended.
