Great views despite being a bit cloudy. Nice touch having heaters outside as it was really windy. Obviously more popular than Top of the Rock during the day as the queues were huge, took about 30 mins to get in, then started to flow ok, but got stuck again at King Kong for 20 min (probably just to limit the number of people outside, but no explanation at the time). Went back in the evening and no queue at all, straight up to the top. Fantastic night-time views over the city and beyond. Beware the printed photo offered is the only background, if you want others, you have to buy the digital download package

It was just beautiful. Tour guide, the company everything was super organized. When we were at meeting location our driver was ready for us. He was so professional and really friendly. When other carriages were passing by we realized that their drivers were not like our driver. They were just driving the horse. But our driver was talking to us explaining everything about park answering our questions about city, park... I just felt like super special. Thank you so much for that awesome tour.

Our English tour would have been cancelled today if it hadn’t been for Stefan who was taking the German tour stepping in. He was fantastic, switching between German and English. The tour was interesting and informative. Even though we have visited NY before, we still saw things we had not seen before and learnt new and interesting facts. Well done Stefan and thank you to the German ladies for allowing us to join your tour - Danke

A different vibe from MOMA and MET; friendly staff; would like more display on valuable items ; really appreciate that there's a lot of display about China and used a neutral perspective (especially in this tense environment)

Provided you with great information in an entertaining way. The guides were informative well beyond the scope of telling what it was. I enjoy the historical perspective with a touch of humour added.
