Kids enjoyed their experience on the zip line, they said the staff were extremely helpful, however they had trouble understanding the young girl guide as she had an accent and her pronunciation of the Maori bird names was difficult for them to understand, apart from that the experience was good. You may want to look at the staff trained on Maori word pronunciation.
