This is a family run business, they are so friendly and so kind. I was not able to get my car up the hill due to the snow, so they walked down the hill then brought my car up for me while I was getting ready. They also let you try pure maple syrup. Additionally, they let you switch drivers ever 45 min! I’ve never had a tour with such a friendly group of guides and I highly recommend it!

Only hiccup was I thought I had what I needed to go into the park, my electronic ticket. Was told to go outside for the printed ticket you wear on your jacket (like the old ski mountain one). Stood in long line to get to the booth and told I had to go inside. Went to the group sales stand and they were able to print for me. They didn’t seem to know much about the app for buying tickets.

We had booked 11:30 a.m. as the admission date, the first big rush was through us, we looked around the ground floor and then around 12:30 p.m. on the first floor we looked at the hall of mirrors, which was then relatively unfrequented.

The guided tour was well done and well worth the money.

It was very fun! The kids really enjoyed the activity!
