Check in with the local tour operator was inefficient and chaotic. Much need for improvement. Once on the busses the outing was well managed by boat company and guides. Outing is a drive-by of sea lions at Marta Island which was more interesting than I thought it would be and an hour loop walk on Magdalena Island with penguins and birds. Enjoyable and worthwhile.

This is a very good tour. The crew is very nice, and knowledgeable about the marine life. It is worthwhile. We saw many cute penguins up close. The only improvement is that we waited for more than an hour at check in during early morning time. Since we have paid, all we got is to check our names. The check in process needs improvement.

An amazing experience! We were very fortunate to be able to go today as the wind really picked up when we were on the island and unfortunately that meant we didn’t get to go and see the sea lions but this was fine as the water became seriously hair raising. Seems crazy people give this tour bad reviews if it gets cancelled because of the weather as they are really putting your safety first and our tour operated right at the cusp of being able to go. You would not want to go there in bad weather! So definitely book this tour, but consider booking at the start of your trip incase it needs to get moved! Tour guide was great too!
