The website indicates both Spanish and English for languages the tours will be conducted in. We'll, tour guides for both turtle release and bioluminesce do not speak English, and they just went on speaking Spanish for the rest of the groups!!! The bioluminesce tour ended up REQUIRING guests to go inside big floating tent-like covers on the water, to be able to see the bioluminesce!! That was NOT stated in the tour description, it was more like - 'you may swim in it IF you want'. As a non-swimmer, it's terrifying to have to go in pitch dark water, so I opted out.

We have booked the turtle and the lagoon tour as one. It was actually two tours. For the service and experience its not worth the money at all! Too bad we actually wasted a lot of money
