Disorganization

I bought 3 tours, a total of 6 tickets for my wife and I to go to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and the Palace of Versailles. We just didn't have stress at the Louvre. There is no guide to exchange tickets and this caused many discomforts and inconveniences. Due to the disorganization, where the guide is not found at the meeting points, because they are not identified and/or in uniform, a fact that almost did not frustrate our tours, I do not recommend the company. If it weren't for our insistence and our persistence, we wouldn't have done the tours. At the Tower, with the help of a waiter, close to the meeting point, we managed to get in, if it weren't for him, who called the guide and then located her, we would not have taken the tour. At the Palace, we didn't find the guide and we only entered because the person who was receiving the tickets, saw our stress and felt sorry for us, letting us in. Although we did all the tours, the stress and disorganization left us

This was a wonderful tour that I enjoyed very much. The guide Jorge is very knowledgeable about the history of not just the sights, but the island too. Since this is a walking tour I was a bit concerned about the pace, but it was just right with plenty of stops along the way. Highly recommended!

Wonderful tour. David was an excellent tour guide. He shared so much knowledge and history. A nice walk with plenty of rest stops. I highly recommend!

Carola gave a great lesson on the history of San Juan, and offered excellent advice on local restaurants and bars after the tour too.

Francisco was informative, interesting and very gracious. We loved our tour.
