Experience the unique taste of sherry wine at one of the most famous bodegas (wineries) in the world. Located in the sherry capital of Jerez de la Frontera and globally recognized for its brandies and fortified wines, González Byass has a fascinating history that includes the construction of the great Tío Pepe bodega in 1963. Make your way to the bodega in the fertile green hills, where the poignant music and dance of the flamenco was born. Among the legendary products González Byass produces, the Soberano brandy is world-renowned, while the Lepanto brandy features a distinctive bottle designed by the Royal Glass Factory of La Granja. The sherry wines produced at González Byass are made from the best Palomino grapes, resulting in a young wine that is thoroughly mixed and ripe. The wine is aged for a year in open oak barrels, as it is one of the few wines that improve from contact with the air. A noble and old sherry can educate younger ones and the older wines are stored in aged barrels and constantly replenished to maintain their quality. In 2014, González Byass was awarded the "Best Visitor Centre" in the Drinks International Wine Tourism Awards. .

Enjoy a combined 10-hour tour of Jerez de la Frontera and Cadiz, and experience world famous wines and one of the most spectacular equestrian shows in the world. Your guide will introduce you to the world of wine at one of the best wine cellars in Jerez, world famous for its sherry production. Learn the process that goes into making the famous wines, from the soil to the sunlight, and deep-rooted production techniques. Taste several types of sherry in a typical bodega. Continue to the Royal Andalucían School of Equestrian Art Foundation to watch the “How the Andalucían Horses Dance” show, regarded as one of the finest equestrian ballets, with choreography based on traditional and cowboy methods of taming wild horses. Drive along the Costa de la Luz to Cadiz, where a local guide will take you around the city center to see the Neoclassical 17th-century cathedral. You will then have some free time to enjoy lunch and explore Europe’s oldest city on your own. Optional visits can be arranged to Tavira Tower, one of the last remaining towers from where merchants would look for returning ships. 5. Cadiz: 3-Hour Photo Bike Tour

Cadiz Photo Bike Tour has two different starting times. The first is at 11:00 taking advantage of the spectacular sunlight that Cadiz has during this light time. The second one is at 17:00, the best time to begin if you want to take pics of a unique sunset. The Photo Bike Tour, for both times, will start at Plaza de España, the closest spot to the bike store, picking the bikes, meeting the group and your guide/ teacher and beginning the route. All along the tour, you will stop and receive  both valuable historic and technical information about the city, the spot and the best settings to use. Your photo teacher will show you the best framing, aperture, exposure to take the best and artistic pictures of the city. The approximate time of your Cadiz Photo Bike Tour is dependant on the people, so it will take between 3 or 4-hours, always doing the same route.
