Bom dia! Marta was our guide for the tour and she was fantastic - passionate and knowledgeable. We spent a couple of days in Porto before the tour and in hindsight, it would have been better to do the tour immediately on arrival as Marta shared a lot of interesting facts and history which gave context to everything we saw after that making for a richer holiday experience. Marta was also very safety conscious which made us feel comfortable and meant we could focus on the job at hand - sightseeing. The bikes provided were good and the route was great, mostly flat and can go at a pace you are comfortable with. We got to see not only the historic centre but also the beach to the west of the city and more.
Firstly the quality of the e-bikes was very good which isn't always the case when you hire bikes and secondly Valter our guide was good fun and both knowledgable and passionate about his home city of Porto. Porto is very hilly but the bikes dealt with these easily. Valter took us along interesting streets and passages stopping at points of interest or where the views were amazing. It was really interesting to learn about Porto's history but also about the culture that exists today. We would highly recommend this tour.
A great way to see the city! Walter was a great guide who took us on an absolutely amazing trip along the river and beach of Porto. The views are great, it, the vibe of the places you will visit is more relaxed. It's a nice alternarive for the city center and Old Town and fastest and most pleasent way to see the city.
Phillipa was amazing. She made sure we were comfortable before taking off and always made sure we were good. She taught us a lot about Porto and we feel like we made a friend. She even took us to a little restaurant that was only Portuguese speaking and told the owner what we would like. Thank you Phillipa!
We traveled with 2 kids and the company provided with 2 baby seats (upon request). The group was small (4 bikes) and the guide was very nice and ver patient (as we were always distracted with the kids). The bikes are in good conditions - necessary to go up hill. It was fun and a very way of visiting Porto!
