It's a very nice and complete tour, perfect to have a panoramic view of the city. Good to do it in the firsts days. The tour in the wine cellar It's very interesting and well explained. The only thing was that we hadn't been told what time we had to go back to the train after the visit and the stop at the wine shop...and the train left without us! No worries, they called it back and in 5 min it came to pick us up. Just make sure to ask at what time it will be leaving! The cruise It's nice as well, but without any explanation, it just passes under the 6 bridges and it takes around 55 min.
I think you should tell all buyers to pick up their tickets at a kiosk or yellow shop. Your hotel will tell you where to find one. If you get your tickets on the bus which you can do the driver will not tell you the times of the port tour, its name etc. The kiosk person has more time to spend with you and has more info. Fiends of mine ended up at the port museum which is free but missed the guided tour and wine tasting which you have paid for with your ticket.
This is definitely worth getting to see the sites in Porto, we bought this for 40 euros for two days, there is no way you can do it in 1 day, this stops of at several stops, and you can pick up from any stop, there is some really lovely architecture, beaches, zoo, churches, sea life, to name just a few.
HoHo is running a reduced service during COVID19 but missed to communicate some sort of time table. That did not help us to efficiently plan as we spent a lot of time waiting.
The show explains the origins of fado music, combined with incredible live music. Very nice if you are interested in more than just hearing the music, but learning about it.
