We were a party of 4 and really benefitted from a guide dedicated just to us rather than the large parties on the site. As four of us, with a lovely and very knowledgable guide, we saw and understood so much more than we would have done otherwise. The only major thing we did not see was the brothel because our guide chose to avoid the lengthy queues at that building in order to fully use her time with us.

Although we arrived at the meeting point in good time, because there were so many other groups in the area it was very difficult to find our guide which was quite stressful. Other members of the group had the same problem. This caused quite a long delay and this could have been avoided if the guide had identified herself more clearly. Once we got going we enjoyed the tour and our guide clearly knew her stuff and was happy to answer questions. The group was perhaps a little too large and at times when we were spread out, it was difficult to hear what she was saying because she was out of range of the headset.

Mariella the guide waited for us with a sign with my name on them, therefore was very easy to find. She was knowledgeable and interesting, and even offered to guide us through the museum and the cinema, after the original tour time. The only minor setback was that she wasn't entirely fluent in English, but we did manage to understand most of what she was saying.
