I had to think long and hard about this purchase as for 2 people it was quite an expensive trip. However, by the end of the day I feel like we had excellent value for money. Our driver Massimo met us punctually at the train station, and from there we went to a large comfortable vehicle. The tour turned out to be a 'private' tour as we were the only guest. Massimo spoke to us on the 50-minute drive to the first vineyard, talking about the towns we passed through and the history. He was an incredible host, articulate and passionate about his country and his wine. We visited 2 beautiful vineyards and sampled 10 wines and enjoyed some paring snacks at each venue. The staff were excellent and told us all about the process of wine making and some of the history of the vineyards. Fantastic value and a wonderful way to end our holiday.

We had an amazing time. Our tour guide was knowledgable about the area, the vineyards and the wines. He was very friendly and relaxed, letting us enjoy the views and the wines at our leisure. We tried 10 wines with some amazing food paired with them. The wineries were beautiful. Would highly recommend.
