This is a 6 or less persons group tour and my family of 4 we had the whole van to ourselves. Giovanni our driver was a very skillful driver and despite the fact we had an early start 6:40 am, he was very attentive and a safe driver throughout. Joseph was our tour coordinator and collected tickets to the cathedral at pisa and art gallery in Florence, kept things moving smooth and on schedule. Thanks to Joseph, We had a really good lunch in Florence, one of the best meals in our entire trip in Italy. We met with the other Giovanni, our tour guide in Florence, very knowledgeable and an awesome tour guide. After an hour or so of the walking tour of Florence, we skipped the line for the art gallery and Giovanni gave us a quick highlight inside the art gallery esp Michael Angelo’s David which by itself makes the whole trip so worth it. Just to reaffirm, the tour inside the art gallery is limited to a short highlight and do not expect a tour of the entire gallery.

The tour guide was nice and friendly. It’s just we hardly understand his explanation in English while trying to describe the historical stories.

The tour was nice and informative. A quick way to tour the city and explore the tourist spots. The guide/ driver was nice and friendly.

It was excellent! Very knowledgeable guides and fun filled tour.
