7. Khaolak: Elephant Sanctuary with Turtle Conservation Center

With their gigantic bamboo raft waiting for us to hop on, see our paddler in action maneuvering the raft along the stream of Kiang Koo waterfall. After the unforgettable experience with the bamboo rafting with a blast from the past, enjoy playing in crystal clear refreshing water.
Next, visit the Sea Turtle Conservation Center for a close turtle encounter. Hear about their species and how they were rescued. Explore the conservation center and meet different sizes of turtles, species, and colors.
Then, visit Wat Lak Kaen. One of the oldest and most significant temples in the area, hear the story of the Buddha's holy relic.
From here, head to a local restaurant located at Wang Kiang Koo waterfall and savor a delicious southern Thai set lunch.

Interact with them by giving a meal for the elephants with the loving elephant carer (mahout), then bathe the elephants in a fun mud spa.
