Our guide was at the hotel lobby five minutes before the appointed time. We were allocated a comfortable and clean car. Both the driver and the guide were very friendly. In fact they gave us their umbrellas when it started raining. The guide spoke excellent English and knew the city well. She showed all the important locations and helped with the pictures also.
