What people are saying about Peso da Régua

We had a FANTASTIC time on our tour. We had the best guide called Ivo, who completely made our experience. From the moment we met him he provided entertainment and catered to all our needs. We can’t actually believe the experience was as cheap as it was. Fitted in so much content, knowledge and port!! As well as taking the stress of travel away!! Not to mention a flawless 3 course meal for lunch. It was such a delight to hear from Ivo how passionate he was about Douro valley and the port making industry. Would absolutely recommend.

We were allowed to enjoy the tour of the winery in German as a couple. Our guide was super nice and very competent. The property is small but nice. The location in the Douro Valley is simply impressive. The picnic after the wine tasting was just great. Sitting all alone in the olive grove and enjoying the delicious food and the tranquility was a very special moment. Definitely recommended…

Very nice trip to the beautifull valley, our guide Milena made sure everything was alright, even when we got a flat tire. It was fixed very quick. In the valley we had a nice boat trip and good tasting of port. The lunch was really good. We had a lot of fun!

The trip was a great combo of sight seeing, information, food and wine. The valley was gorgeous and the wine amazing. Our guide Ivo was a blast and made the van rides in between stops a ton of fun.

Guide Nuno was engaging and knowledgeable. Made the tour enjoyable. The weather was extremely hot but both tasting experiences were excellent.
