Iguazu Falls: Gran Aventura Boat and Argentinian Falls Tour
- Pickup available
- Duration options: 10.5 - 12 hours
Pickup from hotel was punctual. Our tour guide Luchi was excellent..making English speaking clients feel welcome and engaging them frequently. One annoying point is the entrance to pay for the national park. You have to queue for tickets..surely this can be organized by the tour group..it would have saved 45min of wait time. The morning tour was great and then we had the option for lunch. This was a bit of a take. Probably the dearest buffet and poorest I had in Argentina..to be expected as Iguazu is a tourist trap. The boat trip was brilliant. The organisers give you a bag to put your valuables in to take with you as you are going to get soaked. My recommendation is go with bathers and thongs and then change after the ride. It is a mild ride for all to enjoy but I repeat you will be drenched. The beauty of the ride also is you see the falls in a different perspective and the surrounding area
Speechless! 100 times better than Niagara Falls. Very easy to walk around. On the day I booked the additional boat trip to get close to the falls and I didn't regret it. Make sure you take a towel and note you'll get extremely wet so take flip flops to change into for the boat trip. There is a lot of walking but the waterfalls are massive. Plenty of time given for slow walkers.
Great tour, even more if you take the boat tour!! early pick up, lost some time to pick a lot of people and to get our entrance ticket, but after all went very well: we did two trails and then met to get our boat tour. Only one negative remark : very big group, around 35 people and explanation in two languages : Spanish and English - Very good guide: Adrien
Excellent tour and tour guide. The falls are amazing and must be seen in person. Don’t miss the boat portion of the falls excursion - it was the highlight of the trip. Seeing the falls from underneath and then getting deluged by them was a real treat! The guides were really good about taking our pictures, too.
Great tour, full day. Argentinian side of falls is 90% of them, so this tour is a must. Unfortunately, as always, too many people, lots of time waiting in lines, but in the end it is worth it. Be prepared to get completely wet on the boat ride. In fact, it is the main attraction.
