This tour is the best and our tour guide, Summer, made it excellent! I am so amaze with the extravagance of the monarchy of France as well as Summer’s exceptional knowledge about its history. I enjoyed the intriguing stories about the 4 Louis that lived at the Palace of Versailles Summer told us. I would definitely recommend this tour and Summer to everyone! Thank you Summer for this memorable visit to France!

Not as advertised with poor transportation backup

Was promised personalized tour of 20 or less... was 26 when combining 3 groups together; transportation problems weren't tour's fault but failure to provide information for the return trip as promised was their fault. Bottom line... not as promised, shorter than promised, we managed our own return transportation different than was promised. Tour guide was good and use of transmitter/receivers was good.

Best guide ever

Pauline was amazing. She brought history to life for us with her stories about Louis 14 and his court. Every room had a purpose and her wry observations made us all smile. She was masterful at maneuvering through the crowds when need be. History is about stories of people and their times. We were drawn in right away . We stayed for lunch at a cafe near the market to have French pancakes, salad and sparkling cider. Whole day was seamless, from our orientation point to our trip back to Paris.
