This is a wonderful activity!! We did our class on a Monday morning. The instructor was precise, informative & serious about making our croissants a success! The cooking school was beautifully decorated with a lovely French flair. I plan to bring a group here next year to do it all again!!

September 27, 2019 I highly recommend this wonderful class! Not only does one feel great satisfaction in conquering the croissant, but it’s an enjoyable way to learn about French cuisine and culture. The class site is easy to access near to the Metro and close to the heart of Paris. The kitchen is charming. Class size is small, and one quickly makes friends in this baking labor of love. The best part of the class was in meeting our chef, Guillaume. He is personable, and conducts the class with great finesse. Our time in the kitchen was one of the highlights of our trip.

The course takes place in a great atmosphere and in a small group (we had 5 participants). The course instructor (in our case Amanda) was really nice and humorous and accompanied us through the individual steps. The croissants and chocolate rolls, which could be made with the same batter, were lovely! We devoured some of it while it was still warm, and we were able to take the rest home, packed in a box. The whole course should last 3 hours. That turned out to be almost four. An unforgettable holiday experience. We can only recommend this and would go again in a heartbeat. It was really fun!
