It was a great way to see the city on our first day visiting Paris. We think it would have been beneficial if someone would have told us there were ear buds on the bus versus trying to figure it out on our own. Our audio kept switching languages on its own and we had to keep switching it back to our preferred language. Smoothing out these items would enhance the experience. Thanks!

The bus ride was super with a very detailed audio, I had a problem getting a bus stop but as soon as i go the local partner on chat they quickly directed me to the next stop and I hoped in, also make sure when you alight you have your 1 hr cruise tickets, i did not pick mine but got them again through the help of the chat services, if you love the Paris night lights take a booking that later in the evening.

The tour by bus was very nice and you could hear a lot of information. you have seen all the sights without much effort. However, that did not work so well with the tickets. I had already booked from home and then had online tickets with a code to scan on the phone. Unfortunately, the staff at the bus stops could not scan the code so we had to drive to the office. Although this was on the bus route but there in the office they could not scan the code of my ticket and we lost a lot of time because it took longer until we finally had the tickets and could start the bus tour properly.
