I did the course with my 12 year old daughter. We learned a lot, it was fun and the macarons were delicious. Now we also understand the price of these works of art in the patisseries. I thought it was great that Frederic paid attention to details, including how to hold the wooden spoon, and explained to us exactly what to look out for. And all in a very friendly way.
Absolutely one of the highlights of our trip! Our instructor was top-notch, everything prepared and ready to go. Beautiful kitchen to work in. Fun classmates (important, since you all work as a team). And then of course, the end result was just delicious! You can be sure we will be visiting Le Foodist on our next visit to enjoy one of their other classes!
Just finished my 3plus hour tour with Mitch. He was a great guide, very knowledgeable, and so shared insights to the area and history. Food stops were good tasting pastries and the wine, cheese, charcuterie was great. Highly recommend this tour. Merci Mitch! I enjoyed my afternoon with you.
A wonderful morning spent with Noémie making macarons. Noémie is warm and a great and experienced teacher, very organised and generous with tips on lots of things. A real highlight of our trip to Paris! Elaine and Niall
Teacher was so kind and gave many tips about making macaron. Thanks to her, I can complete macaron although I don't have any baking experience. Of course, it tastes so sweet and good!
