Get Your Guide offers a professional, organized, and efficient means to thoroughly enjoy Versailles. There was absolutely no confusion or chaos. We checked in at the Get Your Guide office on Avenue Suffren by showing the online voucher that had been sent to us. Each individual was checked off as we entered the bus. When we arrived at Versailles, the guide was waiting for us with our tickets. The whole process was streamlined and very efficient. Laura, our guide, was absolutely wonderful, and after the tour, we had some time to explore Versailles. I had an 8:30 meeting time on Avenue de Suffren and after the 90 minute tour, the group waited at the entrance at 1:30 to board the bus back to 62 Avenue de Suffren. Again, before we boarded, our names were checked off. The gardens were closed in March, but there is more than enough to see. I had a hot chocolate, a chocolat chaud, at one of the restaurants in Versailles and it was thick, rich, and spectacular. Well worth the 5.50 euros.

Isabel was a great guide, professional and had extensive knowledge. Transportation was excellent, comfortable and timely. Service for tickets and check in was terrific. The only challenge was off and on static over the audio system ear piece. We would highly recommend this tour. The Palace and gardens are a must see when in Paris.

Highly recommend! The tour guide was made everything so interesting and everything is absolutely beautiful! Without the tour guide I feel the trip wouldn't have been so fun and really made me and my child interested in what was around us. Her accent was very comprehensible for foreign people like myself. Thank you!
