    Claire, the trainer, was very passionate and friendly. She was very attentive and making sure everyone understood every step. The macarons presented for the course were a perfect choice. Chocolate shell with salted chocolate ganache and pistachio stuffed with pistachio butter. Very good! It's always a pleasure coming across that kind of people that brightens up your day.

Very hands on and engaging for our kids! Very friendly and we took home a lot. I highly recommend and worth every penny.     This class was excellent one of my favorite visits I have made while traveling. Diedier was a great teacher and entertainer. He made it very interesting and fun. Our translator was super nice and perfect. We learned how to make croissants, baguettes and puff pastry.

    Noemie was such a great teacher! The tips and tricks you learn are invaluable. The people we were with were hilarious, constantly laughing and cheering each other on in our attempts at culinary greatness. The choux pastry is used in so many French desserts, and easy to make with a great teacher to help us. Even my brother, who is a self proclaimed mess in the kitchen, had a great time piping and decorating our delicious treats. I highly recommend you try this class, you certainly won't regret it! Fantastic family activity and true Parisian experience. Wow! Behind the scenes it was. We had an epic private tour of the bakery on 3 floors- making bread, sweets and croissants. Fabulous fun. Great activity for our teenager and 11 year old. Super informative and great fund for the whole family. Baguette was SOO yummy and we enjoyed every minute. We’ll worth it - high recommended.

Was concerned with the high-ish price tag, however, the experience was great, the bread and pastries better than expected and our guide was awesome. Would very much recommend.
