The actual dive, experience, staff and the friendliness were amazing. The Paraty office staff amazing and helpful! I think the company is excellent. However, two important points for improvement. A) not knowing that Uber is not available here left me panicking and rushing to the Paraty tour office to get help to get to the marina for my dive. Please ensure travellers are informed that there is no Uber in Paraty. The company should give local taxi numbers so they can to get to and from the marina without a worry. B) Also inform us of the name of the boat or company office location at the marina before we get there because I was again worried as I had no name of who I was meeting. A local marina staff lady was my only help and she spoke a little English which helped massively. And thankfully I had the office staff on WhatsApp to get the information from. If I did not have data I would be lost and angry. But not this time.

We very much enjoyed the activity. Our guide, Leidiana of Paraty tours, was very knowledgeable about the gold trail and the rainforest in general. We can only recommend this activity also for English speaking people as she spoke it very good!

beautiful day, Luis our guide was exceptional. very attentive and very friendly, we loved our excursion. Nature was beautiful! I highly recommend this Jeep activity with Paraty Tour
