Difficulty in obtaining relevant information on the pick-up time and place. The Top Transfer team does not always answer the phone. The driver was nice but took over two hours to get to Angra as he still had to pick up two people. Change to a VAN that had the air conditioning on full when the passengers asked to turn off the air conditioning. Finally arrived in Rio after more than 5 hours. The bus from Paraty to Rio being more comfortable and fast and above all much cheaper.

Only when we asked (as was the case for the outward journey) were we informed of the departure time at around 9 p.m. the evening before, namely at 7.10 a.m. and not at 8.15 a.m. as stated in the offer. We then stood around at the planned transfer point in the parking lot of the ferry station for 1 hour without any information as to when we would continue. There were 3 buses and drivers from Top Transfer there, but nobody took care of us. Demands brought nothing, English or Spanish non-existent. The onward journey itself was ok, but overall the service of the provider left a lot to be desired. After 2 trips with Top Transfer we have to say: Top is something else.
