Start your tour at American Trade Hotel's Café Unido. This is an "Ace" located in the World Heritage site of Casco Antiguo. Try the Number 1 ranked coffee, and some amazing chocolate before the walking tour beings. Walk 10th street, as seen in the Taylor of Panama, starring Pierce Brosnan, and discover the history of Panama, passing the oldest cathedral. Stop by a local brewery to sample some micro-brews, before walking to the seafood market, as seen on Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations. As the sun sets and temperatures cool off, get amazing views of the city, and finish on the roof top of one of the most popular bars for a sample of the rum made in Panama.

We enjoyed this tour, however there was not much food involved. The ceviche at the Fish Market was outstanding. The other stops had a small taste of local chocolate and coffee, a craft brewery for beer, and a rooftop bar for rum. Jorge, the guide, was okay. He was engaging but spoke too softly in the noisy locations to be heard. He also spent way too much time raving and explaining about the coffee at the first stop. I knew we had these stops, but on other food tours we have taken in different cities more local food was part of the tour even at the alcohol based stops.
