Disorganised. Bird's eye view made up for it.

Tour included breakfast but we didn't get any. Overbooked as one client had to stand in the van and there were 19 in total squashed into a basket with capacity of 18. Champagne was not cold.

In general, the activities proposed and the guides are very good. It would improve waiting times between the end of the activity and the transfer from one location to another.

Everything worked correctly and he. Balloon Yelp was amazing in a place like Pamukkale. It is worth it to anyone passing through here.
