Does what it says on the tin!

Driver was there on time, was a very friendly guy (although not English speaking as advertised - google translate worked well though and he obviously knew a lot about the area which he was trying to tell us). As advertised it was a 3 hour journey, had 3 and a bit hours at Etna and 3 hours back. It was an expensive transfer and the minibus was a bit cramped, however it was the cheapest I could find from Palermo to visit Etna so if it’s a day trip you’re wanting I would recommend.

The excursion is exactly transport to the Etna's base, but it is according with offer, we didn't expect nothing more. Service was realized with comfortable, air-conditioned VAN. Driver was expierienced, very friendly and didn't disturbe with unnecessary conversations or loud radio listening. He brought u very fast in both directions.
