Amsterdam: Anne Frank and World War II Walking Tour
- Small group
- Duration: 2 hours
I took the city walking tour and I was amazed: I already knew Amsterdam is a very interesting city, but I was surprised it has such a rich history. Our guide Miguel was great, he explained many stories and funny things about Amsterdam and the Netherlands. We learned to know the city from different points of view and we got nice indications about good restaurants and bars. After the tour we had a cheese tasting, they explained us their cheese is made with traditional methods. We tried delicious cheeses (even a 3 years old one) and wines. Highly recommendable!
Jack was a fantastic guide ! We had a private tour due to the fact that no one else had booked the same time/date as us! Jack was extremely knowledgeable and we got to take the time to enjoy things on our own time and not feel rushed . He offered to take many photos of me and my friend and let us call out any time we wanted to stop and questions / take photos! Biking in Amsterdam wasn’t nearly as scary as we’d thought it would be and we got the hang of it super quickly on our 3 hour tour ! Thanks jack !
Tony really helped our family get on the right track with how to start our vacation. We met him on the first day of our arrival, and was very thankful for his insights on the city, as well as his other tips to put us on the right track. I can say without a doubt that the knowledge you receive from this walking tour will ultimately cover the cost of it. Thanks Tony!
I had a wonder tour of the city with Cees! He is a great guide and loves to show off his city. It ended up being a personal tour, as no one else had signed up...what a treat!
Excellent tour, and great way to explore the history and detail of a so called party town. Anna had good knowledge and facts to explain the stories of the city.
