Florence: 2-Hour Segway Tour
- Small group
- Duration: 2 hours
As it said in the description, we would get to see the Palazzo Medici, that's what we expected to see. However, we didn't, which was a pity because I was real looking forward to this. I assume the palazzo was closed but no-one told us in advance. We got a really great tour around the city and the guide was really competent. However, we had an 11-year old with us who was pretty exhausted because he had to walk so much. We booked the tour because we thought it would be exciting for the kid but he didn't get much out of it. That was a little disappointing. Nevertheless, we learned a lot about the Medici family and the history of Florence.
Loved the bike tour, it was a really good way to see the city, fun but also informative. The bikes were great too as they are assisted e bikes so you whiz up the steep hill to Michelangelo Piazzale for a lovely view point. Claudio (our guide) was really welcoming and nice too. I would definitely recommend this trip!
It was good. It was a small group which made it nice. I also booked a tour to Pisa , but the instructions for the meeting place were not clear and we missed the bus. It upset me because we couldn’t find the place and I lost a lot of money.
A great way to see the town. It was our first time using an electric bike which was so easy. Great for people who aren't used to cycling up hills as there is a big hill to get to the square where there is an amazing view of Florence.
