What people are saying about Otago

It was a great day at cardrona! The deal we got was for Skiiing and not snowboarding but they easily swapped it for us. We were later told that Skiing is easier for first timers but by then we had already changed in to snowboarding gears. If it is your first time in snow, this deal doesn’t include lessons. We ended up paying another $200 odd for a 2hour lesson before going out on the snow. It was totally worth it though and our instructor was very patient. The add on for clothing was great and we also got to keep our gloves which was a nice surprise. We got a jacket, pants, helmet, goggles and gloves as part of the clothing bundle. The rental was for boots, board or boots, skis and poles. So we had everything we needed. The people were amazing and soo helpful all the way from the free shuttle/bus driver down the bottom of the hill to our assistant at the lockers. Would highly recommend!
