I read that after Covid the trolley didn't come as regularly scheduled. This was NOT my experience. It was very reliable and never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The drivers were so nice and answered any questions people asked. Would definitely recommend this service!

Need to get around the Universal Dr and Blvd area will this trolley service is the inexpensive way to do it! I enjoyed seeing Orlando without having to drive myself and showing the teens in my life that you don’t have to spend a lot of money for on good safe transportation. Hopefully, this experience will encourage them and hopefully you to use more inexpensive services in the next city you visit!

This service was a great alternative to rideshare services during our trip to Orlando. Our hotel had a trolley stop out front and we used it to ride to the outlet shopping areas and restaurants. The "where's my bus" online tracking feature was extremely helpful and we didn't do too much waiting because we watched the bus get close before heading down to the stop. We had a 1-year-old on our trip and it saved so much money to use this pass instead of renting a car or paying for Uber/Lyft, plus we didn't have to worry about renting or bringing a carseat. One big downside to the system is that the buses can be very in-frequent and once we watched a trolley go down the wrong street, missing our stop completely, which lead to 1-2 hours of extra ride/wait time because we had to take a different bus. Overall would recommend this service based on the price ($10 for a 5-day pass!) as long as you aren't in a major rush or on a tight schedule. We just used the system at our leisure.
