Our guide was Larry. Let me tell you, he is fantastic! He told us Native folklore stories, explained the history of Monument Valley, explained the petroglyphs, and so much more. Patient with us, helpful to those with lessened abilities, and was just plane wonderful. Do yourself a big favor and go with this company. You will not be sorry if you do. Wonderful time. Well worth the cost.

A very nice experience. Our guide told us many stories, she was very nice and shared her personal life with us, telling us how they lived, their experiences, how they love the land...beautiful. He took us to places that you cannot access with your own vehicle and we saw spectacular sites. He stopped at the most emblematic sites to tell us the story and that we could take photos.

We decided to take a tour to get a more complete and in-depth view of Monument Valley. We chose the 3.5 hour tour which also included the innermost area of the park starting at 8.30 in the morning. Attention, if you arrive from another state check the time zone because it could change. We took the tour from the Get your guide website because there was a discount (we paid $81.50 each). Be careful when indicating the pick-up point because it is not very clear from the site. We had made a mistake and the guide then showed us the right place to go in order to park the car. Admission to the park is not included in the price (if I remember correctly it's an extra ten dollars each on top of the tour ticket). Parking is free. Andrea, our guide, was very kind and helpful. At the end of the tour he sang us typical songs of his people.
