This was one of the best tours we have ever taken. The guide Lally, she suggested this as the easiest pronunciation of her name, was wonderful. We visited a house in Etla, where a woman, aided by her husband, made 2 types of Oaxaca cheese in front of us. It was delicious and they also prepared small tortillas with pork, the cotija cheese and salsa. We visited the cows and goats behind their house. We then drove up into the nearby mountain to an old renovated textile factory now used as an stunning art exhibit space. Finally we visited a paper making demonstration. The driver took us comfortably back to Oaxaca. My husband and I highly recommend this tour. 10/10

Our guide was excellent and we both felt that we learned a lot about local Zapotec culture and the archeological site. The lunch at Casa Frida de mi Corazón was superb, truly a highlight. I did feel that the two two stops for alebrijas and black pottery, he was promoting it too hard. I appreciated his speaking Zapotec for us and he was vey considerate. All in all a great tour.

Monte Alban is spectacular and a must-see if coming to Oaxaca. The guide was extremely knowledgable and put across the history in a very accessible way. And if you dont like history then come for the view!

great tour, Ede was a very caring and knowledgable guide and we had enough time at every location. Thanks for this nice tour.

Magnificent site very well preserved and very educational.
