The staff were extremely friendly. The boat was very convenient and safe for family (we went with an infant and felt safe). Highly recommended. The location is not hard to find either. The parking near the Fisherman's Wharf is expensive and might have hard to find. So prepare to walk a few blocks depending on where you get the parking. Look for street side parking. They are cheaper than the parking garage.

Pier location was easy to find in historic Fishermen's Wharf. Boat was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cold and dreary but was still a great way to see the bridges, Alcatraz, and other historic landmarks along the SF coast.

My family and I had an amazing time of the Bridge-to-Bridge cruise. The boats were nice and clean and the staff was very nice. For the ladies or anyone with long hair, I definitely recommend wearing a hat or beanie, as it can get very windy.

Came from Seattle, this ride is really cool! Showed the city views and tells you about history of the city.

Good choice to take this cruise tour. Not too long and very nice view.
