The pick up was on time. The guide was exceptionally friendly, giving us information throughout the trip. He even accomodated out of itinerary requests without any hassle. The hot water spring was heavenly and magical. Words cannot describe the experience. The lunch set above the trees was a unique experience. The coffee plantation and traditional Bali House was a perfect relaxing activity to finish the day. FYI- you have a 30 feet swingat the house with virtually 0 rush, so you can take your time and enjoy that.

We had a great day with our guide Suri. As we had been to Bali several times before we had a very specific Agenda with a few things we hadn't seen before and he combined the wishlist to a fantastic route.
