The tour was simply marvelous! It was as interesting and educational as it was enjoyable. Our guide, Elena, is absolutely first-rate. As part of an extended walking tour (including a highly interesting visit of the Museum of Political History, she told us an enormous wealth of facts and details about Russian history from the revolution to Putin's Russia today. Coincidentally, Putin even came to town that day. While giving us the big picture, Elena also drew our attention to seemingly small details (which we would have all overlooked if we had taken the walk by ourselves). We are coming back and thank you very much again for an unforgettable day!

The entrance to the museum is no problem, the audio guide is guided at the beginning of everything along the route, it is inconvenient, if you receive a call, you answer, then you need to download the application again. From the middle we lost our way through the halls of Italian painting. It is advisable in the Hermitage itself to add additional signs to route 1 or 2. Further, the inspection was carried out independently not along the route.

We had an incredible experience. Our guide Olga showed up exactly on time, was very articulate and made every effort to make a 3 hour long journey in Russia's cultural history an awsome experience. Her vast knowledge and dedication to her work will remain in our minds for a long time. Thank you again Olga!!!!!!!

Olga was an amazing guide ! She answered all of our questions and she was very pleasant and sweet !!!We learned a lot from her ! All in all it was an amazing experience!!!

The walk in chilled weather was amazing one to do. They do as they write “nothing stops this tour”. The guide Lidia was wonderful and made the tour perfect.
