When you arrive at the Uluru Camel Farm, you will briefly enjoy some spare time to take in the surroundings, meet the staff, see the camels and visit and/or feed our barnyard animals: there's kangaroo, water buffalo, emu, ducks and more. After a safety briefing from the staff, you will be introduced to your friendly camel by name and learn how to get on and off him. When it's your time to climb on, the camel experts will guide you through every step of the way! Once on your camel's back, you will be guided to the bush track and embark into the spectacular desert for your one-hour camel ride. Your skilled cameleer guides will entertain and educate, telling you fascinating stories about the territory. You'll also learn many interesting camel facts, from their history in Central Australia to their behaviors, personalities and biology. The guides will be able to answer any questions you might have about your camel. Watch the majestic sun set from atop a sand dune. From this vantage point, you will enjoy stunning views of Uluru and Kata Tjuta, and watch their colors change before your eyes. You will then return to the farm at twilight to relax and enjoy Australian beer, wine, champagne and outback bush foods including the farm's famous freshly baked beer-bread damper. Enjoy time to browse various camel related items (books, souvenirs etc) including bush dukkah and other delicious foods and trinkets to commemorate your time at the camel farm.

2. Uluru: Sunrise Camel Safari and Freshly Baked Bread Damper

When you arrive at the Uluru Camel Farm, briefly enjoy some spare time to take in the surroundings, meet the staff and see the camels for the first time. The staff will explain some key safety information about the camels. You will be introduced to your friendly camel by name - your buddy for the morning. The staff will instruct and demonstrate how to get on and off the camel. When it is your time to climb on, the camel experts will guide you through every step of the way. Once on your camel's back, you will be guided to the bush track for approximately 1 hour in the spectacular desert landscape. Your skilled cameleer guides will entertain and educate, telling you stories about the territory and the various flora and fauna around you. Learn many interesting camel facts from their history in Central Australia to their behaviors, personalities and biology. The guides will be able to answer any questions you have about your camel. Watch the marvelous, captivating sunrise over Uluru and Kata Tjuta. Witness the color change, both in the sky and Uluru itself. There will be plenty of opportunities for photographs during the tour. You will then return to the farm to relax and enjoy a light Australian breakfast including the famous freshly baked beer bread with Australian jams, coffee or tea. You may then choose to purchase various items in the camel store including bush dukkah and other souvenirs and trinkets to commemorate your time at the camel farm.
