1. Noordwijk: Museum of Comic Art Entry Ticket
This year the Dutch Donald Duck celebrates its seventieth anniversary. In honour of The Funniest Weekly in the Netherlands, the Museum of Comic Art is exhibiting an overview of more than 30 illustrators who worked for Donald Duck in those seventy years. Since the 1970s, the Dutch Donald Duck has been one of the largest and most important producers of Disney material. The Donald Duck still arrives at readers' doorsteps weekly in a print run of 200,000. More than 50 original covers and drawings can be admired after entering the museum store with special comic books and more than 1000 figures of famous cartoon characters. Large panels provide a lot of information in English and Dutch about the originals of the exhibition. There are videos on how to make a comic strip and in the selfie corner a picture can be taken with Asterix and Obelix.
