Het Alilaguna-navigatienetwerk bestaat uit vijf lijnen die de luchthaven Marco Polo verbinden met het centrum van Venetië, inclusief Lido en Murano. U kunt kiezen tussen een enkele reis of een retourticket.

Weet vooraf:

  • LET OP: Houd er rekening mee dat op sommige dagen tussen 18 april 2025 en 27 juli 2025 elke bezoeker van Venetië een toegangsbijdrage rechtstreeks aan de stad Venetië moet betalen, met uitzondering van de verschillende uitzonderingen. Raadpleeg de officiële website van de toegangsprijs voor Venetië voor data, betaalmethoden, vrijstellingen en alle gerelateerde informatie. Betaal de toegangsprijs online vóór deelname aan de tour.
  • Aankopen van vouchers moeten binnen 24 maanden na aankoopdatum worden gebruikt. Gebruikers die in het bezit zijn van een reserveringsvoucher zijn verplicht deze om te zetten in een regulier ticket bij de loketten van Alilaguna SpA, zoals beschreven in de reisdocumenten.
  • Valideer uw ticket voordat u instapt in een Alilaguna-voertuig. Tickets kunnen worden gebruikt op alle Alilaguna-lijnen. Retourtickets geven ook recht op een terugreis binnen 30 dagen na validering van de heenreis. Om de terugreis te kunnen gebruiken, moet het ticket binnen deze periode opnieuw worden uitgegeven.
  • Zodra de gebruiker het ticket in bezit heeft en vóór het instappen, dient hij/zij het te valideren met de daarvoor bestemde stempelmachines. Indien deze niet aanwezig zijn of niet werken, is de gebruiker verantwoordelijk voor het tonen van het ticket aan de inspecteurs of de bemanning.
  • Het ticket moet gedurende de gehele route bewaard worden. Eenmaal afgestempeld is het niet overdraagbaar van de ene gebruiker op de andere en moet op verzoek van het personeel van Alilaguna of ander personeel worden getoond met een regulier identificatiebewijs.

    There was no need to worry, staff were very helpful and the service was easy to use. Recommend using this service. Only criticism is that the online booking claims you download a ticket to skip the line. Only a voucher that had to take to office anyway so no quicker.
