Kun je je voorstellen dat je met belangstelling door wijngaarden van druiven loopt die in vulkanische grond groeien en vervolgens enthousiast wordt over het proeven van niet alleen wat de producten zijn, maar ook een aparte kaas die bij elk hoort? Dan is deze drie uur durende activiteit iets voor jou!

Geniet van de aroma's en voel de zeebries van de Atlantische Oceaan in een landschap dat je niet onverschillig laat als je aan de wandeltocht begint. Daarna ga je het oranje gebouw binnen en bewonder je de schatten binnenshuis voordat je gaat zitten.

Geniet van een glas Dragoblanco (jonge witte wijn) vergezeld van een verse witte geitenkaas uit Tenerife om de proeverij te beginnen. Een verandering van kleur komt als Hollera (rode wijn geproduceerd met koolzuurmaceratie) vergezeld gaat van gerookte geitenkaas uit La Palma. Vervolgens drink je een glas Monje Tradicional (jonge rode wijn) vergezeld van een halfgezouten, gepeperde geitenkaas uit Fuerteventura. Afsluitend met een glas Listán Negro (rood, gerijpt in het vat) vergezeld van gezouten geiten- en schapenmelkkaas uit Gran Canaria om af te sluiten met de sterkste smaak.
