We were picked up by the English speaking driver, communication no problem, luggage was taken from us, we had a good time. He has already shown us some things. Very pleasant calm driver. The pick up from the hotel a week later went well and on time. He tried to get us to the right terminal at the airport and drove safely through city traffic.

Everything very good with one exception. First, the site said someone local would contact me within 24hrs of the booking to confirm. This did not happen. I had to call them. Everything good though.
