Harvey was ok, we got stuck in traffic and it put us behind but he was hurrying everybody the whole day. The trip says duration 6 hours which it was not he said he had to be done by 5. The add was a little bit misleading. We could have done the same two things with another trip for less the cost. I was a little disappointed. Overall the two stops were amazing but did not need Harvey to do these stops. And we would not have felt so rushed through everything. Lesson learned…

Jimmy was awesome! Excellent experience being part of “Jimmy’s family” & appreciated the complimentary water on a hot summer day. Only complaint has nothing to do with him. We were disappointed that we paid to see the nighttime event (illumination of the falls), but the fireworks following it weren’t included in the package. We had to choose to stay behind from our group to get the “whole Niagara Falls” experience at night. We then had to spend more $$ and waste time arranging other transportation back to our hotel afterwards.

Had the greatest tour guide. He kept us laughing and full of interesting information. We were part of Harvey’s Family for a short time and enjoyed it! Would recommend to anyone traveling especially for the first time!!!
