    The downtown bus was great but the uptown bus wasn’t on cue when we passed specific sites. It would talk about them too early and when we reached them they were already talking about something else.

    Our tour guide was Jenn. She was amazing! I was in a wheelchair presenting special challenges to Jenn. She was able to make it so my husband and I were able to enjoy the whole tour and not miss anything. Her knowledge, respect, and love for New York shine through and made the tour so interesting. Her ability to answer any question we threw at her was incredible. The best thing besides the beauty of New York was her ability to make our group a little family. The 6 of us left with info about each other and new friendships including our new friendship with Jenn. I highly recommend this tour and I definitely recommend asking for Jenn as your guide.     The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island were great! But, if you expect to go into the 911 Memorial and Museum on this tour because of wording, they only take you to the Memorial area and leave. This tour does not take you into the Museum or Memorial. Our tour guide was great and shared alot of information that you normally would not know.

Our tour guide was Jenn. She was amazing! I was in a wheelchair presenting special challenges to Jenn. Had a GREAT time riding Big Bus. All of the representatives on the street were nice and very helpful. The stops are strategically placed close to all the major areas of attractions to allow easy walking to. It’s definitely well worth the price to get around the city all day. Highly recommended!
