Super sailing trip, we crossed with the two-mast under sail up to the Statue of Liberty. When the weather is nice, sheer pleasure. Sailors get their money's worth. Non-sailors get a good feel for sailing without getting scared. The ship runs great, you always feel comfortable. The crew was very friendly and drinks were offered several times on the way. The sailing trip is worth the money.

So much beter than the standard tours

Beautiful ship. Crew very helpful and skilled. Three rounds of drinks, blankets, even handwarmers! We did not get as close to the statue of Liberty as we might have hoped. Overall the experience was so much better than the standard tours with 100 other people (we were 14). Would highly recommend the Adirondack.

Highlight of our visit

An unconventional way to experience NewYork. Leisurely sailing on the Hudson up to the statue of liberty. Beautiful views on the skylines of Manhattan and New Jersey. Close pass by's of the statue of Liberty and Ellis island. Great comforting hosts with a good complementary selection of drinks. We enjoyed every bit of it.
